YPPA yellow pages

Who is the YPPA?

The Yellow Pages Publishers Association (YPPA) was established in 1988.  YPPA is currently comprised of publisher members and non-member publishers who collectively produce more than 95% of all yellow pages directories and account for 98% of the revenue.

The association also represents Certified Marketing Representatives (CMRs) who sell national yellow pages advertising. However, don’t be fooled, YPPA really only cares about the publishers.

They have NO interest in protecting the CMRs or the advertisers.

Why deal with multiple local publisher contacts when you can have one contact to take care of it all?

If you are placing yellow page advertising in 3 or more states, then aCMR (Certified Marketing Representative) can help you by eliminating multiple contacts with each publisher.

A CMR is an organization that solicits and sells national advertising in the yellow pages and agrees to represent the YPPA members in such sales.

A CMR can place all of your yellow page advertising for you, while you save time and money.
